The Experience
This experience primes you for holding space as a practice. And this practice will give you more agency over your emotional state while freeing you from needing to be bound to your emotions. As both a witnessing exercise and a response awareness meditation; this practice will help you embrace all of your truths moment to moment. And boy, is it good. This practice is meant to guide you into deeper awareness with yourself and of your ability to hold your big emotions without being consumed by them! Especially if you tend to feel things deeply, this practice is a guide on how to access those emotions, feel them fully, and integrate with them. Included: Part 1: Intuitive Journaling -All about connecting to your free flowing streams of consciousness and connecting to your unfiltered expression while letting perfectionism take a back seat. Part 2: Open Heart Space Holding Meditation -All about going deeper and practicing holding space for big emotions without being overwhelmed by them.
